Even if you live a stone’s throw from my office and you don’t want to come into the office, that’s fine – we’ll take it online.

Therapy at Your Fingertips

After the free 20-minute consultation, we’ll set up your first appointment. We’ll figure out what works best for you – Facetime or Zoom – and the best payment method.

I want your first session to feel seamless, so I recommend a little preparation beforehand.

Make sure you have a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Constant glitches and freezes can disrupt the flow of therapy. Know the spots in your home that have the best connection.

Find a quiet spot. I’ve had clients get quite resourceful doing therapy from their car, in parks, at the beach, in the backyard, and from a closet. I had one client make a nest in the bathtub with pillows and a blanket.

And, yes, calls will get dropped sometimes; but we’ll figure out the best system that works for your therapy.
